Creative Account Manager

Muscat, Oman

This is a client-facing, hands-on role for someone who can turn business goals into clear briefs, creative output, and consistent action. You’ll manage client relationships, plan and execute content, and keep projects moving smoothly across the team.


You are expected to be both strategic and practical: comfortable leading meetings and timelines, while also designing content, shaping campaigns, and supporting social media production. 


Must Have / Be

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a relevant role
  • Proven experience managing social media channels and content calendars
  • Omani female national
  • Working knowledge of AI tools for content creation and design
  • Good spoken and written English
Nice to Have

Additional experience that will help you stand out and adapt faster in a fast-moving agency environment.

  • Experience working in an agency environment
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and similar tools
  • Good understanding of paid media or performance content
  • Experience working with regional brands
  • Basic experience with video editing or short-form social content

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Lead client meetings, check-ins, and content planning sessions
  • Translate client objectives into clear briefs, timelines, and priorities
  • Plan, present, and manage monthly content calendars with clients
  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day social media activity across platforms
  • Ensure content is published on time and aligned with brand tone and goals
  • Work closely with performance and strategy teams where applicable
  • Design social media content including posts, stories, carousels, and simple layouts
  • Adapt brand guidelines into consistent, platform-ready visuals
  • Support campaign creatives, announcements, and content rollouts
  • Support and participate in on-site content shoots for social media
  • Capture short-form videos and photos using phone or simple camera setups
  • Prepare visuals for reels, stories, and short social videos

  • Experience in a client-facing role within a creative, digital, or social media environment
  • Comfortable meeting clients and leading conversations
  • Strong understanding of social media content and digital visuals
  • Ability to design social media content (posts, stories, simple layouts)
  • Experience managing content calendars and social channels
  • Comfortable with basic content shooting (photos and short-form video)
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts
  • Clear communicator who balances creative execution with client expectations
