The Role
As a Graphic Designer at Zumra, you will work closely with strategy, performance, and content teams to create high-quality visual assets across digital and print. You’ll be involved from concept to execution, ensuring every design aligns with brand guidelines, platform requirements, and business objectives.
This role requires someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple formats and brands.

- 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design
- Strong background in branding, visual identity, and design systems
- Experience with product, packaging, and e-commerce mockups
- Working knowledge of AI tools for content creation and design
- Good spoken and written English
- A design portfolio

- Experience working in a creative or digital agency
- Familiarity with motion design or basic video editing

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the design and development of brand identities, visual systems, and brand guidelines across multiple client accounts, ensuring consistency and clarity across all touchpoints.
- Create high-quality social media content, including posts, stories, and reel visuals, tailored to different platforms and brand tones.
- Design e-commerce and product mockups, including packaging, product visuals, and digital storefront assets that support both brand and performance goals.
- Produce print and digital materials such as catalogs, brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral, maintaining strong attention to layout, typography, and detail.
- Support performance and content teams by creating ad creatives optimised for different platforms, formats, and campaign objectives.
- Use AI-powered design tools to speed up ideation, concept development, and production while maintaining creative quality and brand integrity.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, content, and performance teams to ensure creative alignment, consistency, and quality across all outputs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of execution.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design
- Strong background in branding and visual identity design
- Proven experience creating social media content (including stories and reels)
- Experience with product, packaging, and e-commerce mockups
- Solid understanding of print design, especially catalogs and branded materials
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Working knowledge of AI tools for design (e.g. generative image tools, AI-assisted workflows)
- Good understanding of digital platforms and content formats
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
